FAQ: Can I book additional roomnights at the hotel and what is the rates & cancellation policy?

With your conference registration, room reservations will automatically be made for you for the nights of June 10, 11 and 12, checking out on June 13th.  As noted in the Registration pages, Saturday, June 9 reservation will also be made for those registering for PreSeminar training.   Outside of those reservations, the special IBIS discounted room rate of $165 (plus taxes) is available to IBIS attendees including three nights pre and post event which include June 7, June 8, June 9  as well as the nights of June 13, June 14, June 15 and June 16.   The IBIS special discount for these nights are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.  You can select additional hotel nights during the initial registration process or you can log back in to your registration record http://www.regonline.com/register/checkin.aspx?eventid=1049581 / “View or Change Your Existing Record”  to add additional hotel nights to your request.

Please note:  the hotel will not accept these special IBIS discounted reservations directly – the reservations have to be made through InfoSol.

Attendees will be responsible for all personal incidental charges and all extra room nights. Each attendee will be required to present a credit card upon arrival to guarantee incidental charges. Cancellation Policy, for extra room nights, is 72 hours. If you need to cancel any extra nights, please contact Shawn Bichler via e-mail or by phone at 623.707.7600  ext. 114, within the appropriate 72 hour timeframe in order to receive a full refund.
